I have decided I had/have a food addiction. The first day RAW, I noticed any time I felt flustered, or stressed I wanted to stop at the first gas station of choice for a nice, tall fountain Coke..yummy! After 3 days, I didn't really crave junk food/soda much anymore. Don't get me wrong, I still think about them....often...but I think it is more out of habit.
I think the hardest part of this diet is having to still cook meals for my family (that would wither to a sack of bones if they did not eat calorie dense meals!) I made chicken piccata on a bed of angel hair pasta with a salad and rich fudge chewy brownies for dessert.
I have to admit...I am really liking this diet, and I am starting to think I will end up vegan after this :)
Current weight: 160 (I think this is mostly from the detox/cleanse effect that happens when you go Raw)
